RingJust is a cloud calling and messaging service operated by Lumisha LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, work email, company and phone number.
Call and message records: numbers dialled and received, times, durations, message content and call outcomes, so the service can log and display your activity.
Contact records you add to the CRM.
Basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide, secure and support RingJust, to bill for it, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that run the service for us, such as our telephony carrier and hosting provider, under confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and activity records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and billing purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to the address below.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
