These terms apply to your use of RingJust, a service of Lumisha LLC. By using RingJust you agree to them.

Using the service

You must use RingJust for lawful business communication only.
You are responsible for getting consent before sending text messages and for honouring opt-out requests, as required by US and Canadian law.
You must not use RingJust for spam, robocalls, harassment or fraud. We may suspend accounts that do.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid plans are billed per seat as agreed at sign-up. You can cancel at any time; charges already incurred are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Availability

RingJust is in early access. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. RingJust is not a replacement for emergency calling; do not rely on it to reach 911.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lumisha LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
